To be accepted as a PTCA member you have to be recommended by 2 'Sponsors' who have to be gold members. Please fill in the names below and the recommendation letter. You will find the names of the gold members in the Members List.

Please fill in your present ranking or ex-ranking. Please be aware of that if you have had a lower ATP/WTA ranking than ATP 200/WTA 200 and you want to promote that you can do so in your personal comment in the end of the registration process. If you are unsure about your national ranking equivalence please take a look at the ITF conversion chart.

Please fill in the years you have been working as a professional full time coach. It doesn't have to be as a touring coach. It can be in a club, academy or as an independent registered company coach or a federation. Don't forget that you have to document your work! If you have been responsible of some department in an Academy or Association you will get extra points. See below!

Please fill out your touring coaching experience. Fill out name, ranking of the players you coached and the amount of years you have been working with the players. The single player doesn't have to be a.e. top 150 (ATP/WTA) for all the activity period under your supervision but he/she has to have had the ranking once during the period working with you. It is possible to get points for players you have coached during the same period.

PTCA is an association founded by ATP/WTA tour coaches. Therefore we demand fundamental criteria of tour experience for application. We believe that this experience is very important and we also honor and value your own playing activity at grand slams, challengers and futures. Please fill in your coaching, playing or assisting activity at the grand slam, challengers and futures. Because we are building a coach profile your activity is capped at certain levels and years. Therefore you a.e. can't get more grand slam events than 20 because that it what we maximum value in your profile. If you have more you can write that in your personal comment in the end of the registration process. It will show in junction with your name in your profile.

PTCA is honoring and valuing memberships in other associations. The membership has to be in a PTCA recognized association. For the moment all national acknowledged associations are recognized by the PTCA as well as the international organizations like OrangeCoach, EGASP, ESTESS, RPT, PTR and USPTA or equivalent organizations. You are welcome helping out recommending associations to the PTCA system.

Please fill in your tennis education level. All national recognized institutes, schools, colleges and universities are recognized and valued by the PTCA as well as the international organizations RPT, PTR, USPTA, ESTESS and VDT education programs.
